Currently only in Bella and Jill. Others might be possible in the future.
You can already do some simple things on others if Jill refused you at her dinner with Tybalt, but I'm not sure if that really opens her path in others or if it's just some extra scenes only for 11.

Jill path is the best option IMO as you see her husband cheating. And you get lots more scenes. I hear its possible to get on in the Bella scene aswell. On my Jill reject path. I got close. I could do the Santa and cucumber thing but that variable does not change as Carla cockblocks you. But like I said earlier. There might be a chance in next episodes. Maby she finds out about her husband and then we all know who she will come to for some comfort

That is what I want to know about the Bella path. The Jill reject path you don't get it but the setup is good for the future maby. On a normal others path I highly doubt its gonna happen.
