that's sucks. that's pretty much textbook depression. Yes, you might get sad or stressed sometimes but most of the time it's just like your emotions have been sucked out of you. J.K. Rowling actually created the Demetors based off her stint with depression.


Pretty much the only full proof cure for depression is working out. So you might want to try walking an hour a day. It should work after a week. The problem is though when you are depressed you can't get up the energy to walk...

Well I suffer from depression all the time, thus why I mentioned about the mental hospital. I was diagnosed when I was 8. Yeah, this is depression, just not a bout of it I am use to. Normally my depression feels different than this so it took me a little off guard. I have been working out, it's the only thing I want to do other than clean. I don't want to eat... food has no flavor and I don't like to eat anyways, it always feels like a chore unless it's something I absolutely love like crab legs or sushi. Yesterday was the first time I ate more than just a couple of bites of food... someone got me some sushi. Heh, if it weren't so stupidly expensive, I would eat sushi all the time.

I know exactly what you mean. When depressed you can actually feel sick from eating food.

For me at least, I never loose any weight when depressed, despite walking a lot, because the only food I eat is really high calorie things. I become super picky. It's weird.
